Position will be responsible for new business sourcing and relationship management. ¿ Ensure that all real estate transactions are conducted according to Randstad US policies and procedures. ¿ Provide guidance and assistance to the business units for all major real estate transactions, including lease transactions and divestures. ¿ Function as an integral part of a team to maximize financial benefits while minimizing risks. ¿ Provide critical liaison between the business unit and corporate real estate staff. ¿ Continuously assess the business units¿ real estate portfolio to identify sound business opportunities for space optimization and reduced operating costs. ¿ Coordinate the business units¿ related activities with national, regional or local real estate service firms, when such firms assist the corporate real estate department with transactional activities and project management under co-brokerage agreements. ¿ Assist in managing local transaction implementation (broker selection/oversight and process standardization) ¿ Facilitate closeout integration with lease administration. ¿ Manage/support corporate real estate system involving capital expenditures, and rental rates. ¿ Participate in various real estate transactions including lease negotiation and administration. Qualifications:
¿ Knowledge of Sequentra database software a plus.
¿ Bachelor degree required.
¿ 5 years related real estate experience.
¿ Georgia real estate license preferred (salesman).
¿ Experience in transaction management.
¿ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present succinctly to senior management.
¿ Ability to understand and analyze complex transactions, including financial elements of lease documents and other related real estate documentation.
