Receive and respond to incoming calls, and/or e-mails regarding hardware and software problems

Ultimate Software is seeking a Clock Implementation, Time Clock Specialist. This customer support position is focused on programming and providing remote installation and support on Ultimate Software's Time and Attendance time clocks (hardware). This person will also provide front line (Tier I) support for all time clock related issues, including software setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Time and Attendance software applications and experience diagnosing and resolving TCP/IP connectivity issues with the customer's time clocks.
