Learn how to diagnose and repair basic systems to become certified in a minimum of 5 areas with a preference for brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical

Install parts which include shock absorbers and exhaust systems

We currently have a full time position available for an Account Specialist who will manage relationships and landscape maintenance accounts for a targeted group of properties in coordination with an Account Manager.
Account Specialists are also responsible for:
Building strong customer relationships by becoming the main point of contact for a customer and learning how to become the customer’s trusted landscape maintenance advisor
Training with Account Manager to effectively take over the planning, assigning and directing of work for crew leaders and landscape gardeners
Managing the contract renewal process – coordinating information between branch and customers
Training employees on best practices in order to deliver our maintenance service safely, efficiently and proactively
Preparing proposals and customer budget worksheets and participating in presentations to win proposals
Position Requirements:

Prefer Bachelors degree in Ag Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass or Landscape Architecture
Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong work ethic
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Our Client located in Savannah, GA is seeking experience Upholstery Technicians for immediate work on Custom; High-End Business Class aircraft Interiors.
Position Purpose:
Works independently to design, fabricate, and install upholstery and trim items in aircraft interiors. Assist Shop Lead by overseeing projects and providing guidance and direction to co-workers. Mentor and train other Upholstery Technicians.
Essential Functions:
1. Fabricate and install seat covers, curtains, various assemblies and subassemblies. Interpret material specifications and design/engineering drawings to ensure finished product meets design and engineering requirements with a high level of quality and detail.
2. Sew, fabricate, and install covers for all styles of panels in the aircraft interior while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards and goals.
3. Use the material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks and to sign-off work.
4. Complies with and champions Safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies and ensures the protection of aircraft interiors (PTP).
5. Mentor and train lesser skilled technicians and monitor their work to ensure they complete assigned tasks in accordance with required levels of safety, quality and productivity.
6. Works with lead and higher skilled technicians to develop and implement process improvements that increase safety, reduce cost, cycle time, and man-hours using Lean Six-Sigma and other process improvement techniques.
Additional Functions:
1. Accepts Lead responsibilities when needed. Oversees projects and coordinates with Lead to delegate tasks to assigned technicians.
2. Conducts safety audits and assists team members in doing safety audits.
3. Assist in maintaining shop equipment and associated JSAs.
4. Performs other duties as required.

Responsibilities:
Provide work assignments and oversight of the Facility Engineer work group
Each Lead must be able to independently plan work assignments, perform duties with a minimum of direct supervision, and assist as a helper in other trades and in the general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds. In the absence of a supervisor, one of the tradesmen shall be capable of acting as the working foremen or lead man. All positions will be required to work various shifts, exact schedule will be determined locally.
Install, maintain, operate and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
Ensure proper operation of systems in compliance with required regulations and codes.
Test, maintain and evaluate equipment by using instrumentation.
Test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls to ensure that equipment is functioning properly.
Perform, as required, skilled maintenance activities to include but not limited to construction, welding, soldering and plumbing.
Inspect and repair pumps, fans, valves and motors ensuring proper operation of the facility equipment and systems.
Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with established work standards. Capable of performing duties as a stationary facility engineer in a large facility and/or mobile facility engineer responsible for several facilities located in a designated geographic area.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures and adhere to Company standards of business ethics and conduct.

Growing Manufacturer of high-tech analytical equipment used in the pharmaceutical industry, needs a service technician based in the Atlanta area. This position is being created as a result of promotion and company expansion.
Will be responsible for installation, calibration, validation, testing, and repair of newly purchased instruments or existing instruments. This will require on-site visits to pharmaceutical companies located in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and other domestic locations. You will visit chemistry laboratories where they use these instruments for precise measurements.
A good aptitude for science, or a good science (chemistry) background would be a great plus. Should have mechanical aptitude and skills with electronics and computers.
You will be provided with $525 monthly car allowance plus 15 cents per mile for gas, laptop, cell phone, travel expenses by air and in hotels will be paid by the company. Salary range is $37-45K.
