Reporting directly to the Vice President & General Manager, the Product Manager is responsible for the product strategy, feature roadmap and sales/marketing support. As such, the Product Manager is responsible for driving development process, sales support, ROI analysis, productization, rollouts and go-to-market activities required to achieve the business objectives. In addition, the Product Manager will have input into and will provide supporting business and competitive analysis and work with both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
* Define market and identify market leadership opportunities
* Develop the business case and pricing strategies to support the revenue model development
* Execute the rollout plan and provide regular status updates on the launch activities
* Perform regular revenue and product reviews with revenue owners
* Help identify and pursue new markets with existing and new solutions and meet growth and profit requirements
* Sales Training- develop repeatable sales processes and focus on "how to sell" the product
* Collateral / Sales tool development
* Development of White Papers, Case Studies/ Customer Success Stories
* Perform sales supporting activities such as presentations, demos and client calls
* Produce and document business requirements, product specifications, product roadmap, product resource requirements, product pricing, product launching procedure, and product life cycle activities, delivered, upgraded and maintained
* Collect and analyze pricing and purchase data to promote effective and strategic pricing solutions.
* Serve as QA lead and work with the development team to test the product during the development cycles
